ExtractAI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the ExtractAI iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google Sign-In.
• Invoice images: Photos or files you choose to scan are sent to our secure server for AI processing and are not stored permanently.
• Extracted data: Invoice data extracted by AI is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not store your invoice data on our servers.
• Usage data: Basic analytics (e.g. number of extractions) to manage subscription limits. No personally identifiable information is included.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you via Google Sign-In
• To process invoice images using Claude AI (Anthropic) for data extraction
• To enforce subscription limits and provide Pro features via RevenueCat
• To improve the app's performance and reliability

3. Third-Party Services

ExtractAI uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In / Firebase — Authentication and backend infrastructure. Google Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI-powered invoice extraction. Images are sent to Anthropic's API and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat — Subscription management. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

4. Data Storage and Security

Invoice data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. Invoice images sent for processing are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and are not retained after processing is complete.

5. Your Rights

You may delete your data at any time by deleting invoices within the app or by uninstalling the app. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at the email below.

6. Children's Privacy

ExtractAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
